Once upon a time - "because that's how all the best stories start" : ) We were introduced to the sport of off-roading and rock crawling. We love and enjoy everything outdoors, although at the time building an off-road rig had never crossed our mind.

I grew up building and customizing show cars. I’m very detailed when it comes to my projects. I did however come to the realization that I would get the enjoyment of creating the build, more then showcasing it. It was time to switch things up a bit and invest my time and money in something that would bring me joy all around.

I wanted to build a special RIG, something that I would want to own for the rest of my days. A RIG with the type of personality that screams, "I like to party!" That’s when I searched and found My 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU known as KNUCKLES. This RIG has changed my life in many ways. Not only has KNUCKLES taken us on awesome adventures, he’s the reason LOCKANDCRAWL exist! KNUCKLES means so much to us that we got him a partner. A 2021 Jeep Gladiator Willy’s edition, named her HOLLYHOOD - : ) She’s still fairly new to the family but is rapidly growing and making her presence known.
